A grounded space for sensitive people navigating change, healing, and self-trust.

I’ve always been a sensitive and intuitive person.

As a child, I felt deeply connected to people, nature, and the unseen rhythms moving quietly beneath everyday life. Long before I had language for it, I noticed patterns, sensed emotional undercurrents, and found that people naturally felt safe bringing me their stories.

Over time, life asked me to develop those sensitivities in very real ways.

Like many people drawn to this work, my path included personal healing, therapy, and years of learning how to come back into my body after periods of disconnection and survival. Practices such as energy healing, bodywork, mindfulness, and deep self-inquiry became not only tools for my own recovery, but foundations for how I now support others.

For more than 25 years, I’ve worked with individuals seeking clarity, comfort, and meaningful change – first as an energy healer and bodywork practitioner specializing in prenatal and postpartum care, and now as a certified life coach and intuitive practitioner.

Throughout that time, one theme has remained constant:

helping people feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves.

Bridging Practical Support and Intuitive Insight

My work lives at the intersection of grounded coaching and intuitive awareness.

Some clients come seeking practical guidance during life transitions. Others arrive looking for intuitive insight, spiritual connection, or reassurance during grief or uncertainty. Many discover they benefit from both.

I approach intuitive work with curiosity and discernment. I tend to trust what I’ve personally experienced and remain naturally skeptical of anything that encourages people to give away their own authority.

I believe intuitive guidance works best as a complement to – not a replacement for – therapy, mental health care, or practical decision-making.

My role isn’t to tell you who you are or what your future holds. Instead, I help create enough steadiness and reflection for your own wisdom to become clearer.

Who I Love Working With

I’m especially drawn to supporting:

  • Sensitive, empathic, or intuitive individuals learning to feel grounded in their gifts

  • Humans navigating identity shifts, healing, or life transitions

  • Creatives and deep thinkers seeking clarity and direction

  • People learning to trust themselves after periods of doubt or overwhelm

Clients often describe our work as both calming and clarifying – a place where insight meets real-life integration.

Outside the Session Room

I live in the Pacific Northwest with my family (which includes a lively mix of cats and a dog), and feel most restored in nature – whether that’s long walks under tall trees, standing in wild ocean wind, or watching the birds that have turned me into an enthusiastic bird nerd. I love seriously spicy food, snuggly couch conversations, late-night reading, and a healthy dose of snarky humor.

Stories, mythology, and the quiet magic woven into everyday life continue to inspire both my personal practice and the way I show up for clients: grounded, curious, and human.

My Intention & Values

My work is grounded in compassion, cultural humility, and a commitment to equity and dignity. I aim to create a space where people – particularly those impacted by discrimination or exclusion – feel respected, affirmed, and safe to show up as they are.

I openly affirm LGBTQIA+ individuals, immigrants, and people across racial, cultural, and gender identities. My practice values dignity, inclusion, and mutual respect, and does not support beliefs or behaviors rooted in harm or dehumanization.

My intention is simply to offer a space where people can feel respected, supported, and free to explore their growth without fear of judgment.
